Hotel vicino a Cripta e Museo d'Arte Sacra - Macao

“Brand new hotel into an historical building, it is very cool, totally new with old retro charme. Directly added to the center, almost everything in a walkable distance. The pity is the absence of a roof top pool but there is a bar where ylu hva e a 360 view of Macau. Great and tje price worth it”

“Hotel elegante, personale estremamente cortese. Ottima la colazione.”

“I was really excited to finish up my Hong Kong journey with a one-night getaway to Macau before flying back to the US. Let me just say that Macau is VERY different than Hong Kong, even in an upscale property like Wynn Macau. Every hotel employee I encountered struggled with the English language, which I found shocking. I requested a non-smoking one bedroom suite. The room was incredible! Tons of space and great furnishings...BUT the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The entire floor smelled...

“Great hotel and location”

“I booked and pay the breakfast. I was expecting the breakfast was buffet but when we arrived it’s semi buffet only that foods are served and we’re not satisfied. I emailed and requested the bathtub but no reply until we check in.. So disappointed..”

“N”

“Camera was not very clean, we found also a used napkin on the floor close to the bed. The bottom of the wardrobe was dusty and few hair were lying there. Breakfast very minimal, low quality products, just one toaster with only 2 slots... long queue. No fresh products, no cakes, no croissants, no scrambled eggs, no bacon, no cheese, no pasteis de nata...!!! At the end price/quality too high...!!!”

“Loved that this hotel was off the strip walkable to Wynn and MGM. Area felt safe. Lots of nearby food options. Supermarket and chemist in the complex. Only thing was taxi wait but easily overcome with UBER. Bus terminal just across the road. Front desk staff were very helpful especially in organising a car to Disney for us.”

“I stayed at the treasure island hotel from 10/7/2026 to 10/10/2026. They blamed me for breaking their phone charging adapter which was broken in the first place. The connector was broken when pulled out from the phone. They either don’t supply with it or get a better one or not blaming customer for only using it once. They didn’t check the serviceability of the thing and blame you for it. They charged me at the end anyway even though I explained to them what happened which is unreasonable.”
