“I had a great stay at this hotel overall. Check-in was smooth and pleasant, and the highlight was definitely the room. It was very spacious and exceptionally clean, which made the stay especially comfortable. My only disappointment was the included continental breakfast. When we arrived, there was still at least an hour left before breakfast ended, but the coffee carafe was empty and the food options were very limited. The presentation of the breakfast area also felt like an afterthought.She ”

“I have never had this happened to me before when I checked in at the front desk and got my keys, I opened the door of my room and there was a lady that was half naked with a towel wrapped around her. It was a very embarrasing situation and I wish that on nobody.”

“I checked in and the first room had stains on the couch and smelled. Manager moved me to another room that had more stains on the couch, stain on the bath tub, and hair in the sink. Wouldn’t give me a refund. ”
