“They need to update the TV to smart TVs”

“Pros- great breakfast, staff was friendly (when around), beds were comfy, room seemed clean for an older hotel Cons- smelled like marijuana the whole time in our room, tried to let them aware, but no one was around. So we bought air freshener. Sprayed all the time. The noise from the interstate was awful! Had the fan running and tv on every night just to block the noise out.”

“Before I arrived, I called to confirm my check in time. I was told that the room we paid for would not be available because it's first come first served check in system. I had to talk to the front desk person and they were able to "find" a lesser room, however when we arrived it was clear it was not cleaned properly because the floor was sticky and smelled of syrup. We didnt have a complete set of bedsheets for the fold out couch, and it was surrounded in crumbs and dirt. The tv remote either...

“Rip on curtain, burns on lamp shade.”

“Room has water damage to the ceiling and wall by the sink light and presence of black mold. Toilet had black burn spots on the seat as well as on the tub. There were gashes in various spots on the walls. Flooring tile was worn down and buckeling around the edges. Bathroom door had a big crack along the bottom and the door wood trim was damaged either from termites or water. The front door had damaged door trim and a gap allowing flies to get in. I recommend checking out the rooms before you pay.”

“Hallways smelled like weed the entire time, tv was hard to operate - old, instant plain oatmeal and muffins and coffee was all that was available for breakfast…. Bathtub had cracked paint - had to put a towel down in the bottom of tub. Part of the hallway floor felt as if there was water damage and structural damage when walked on. I would not ever stay here again. We did not feel safe at all. Staff was nice - and about the only redeeming part of our stay.”

“Nice staff. Room did not cool after 1200 AM. We called the desk, but there wasn’t any maintenance person available.”

“We paid for a 2 bed suite 154.00 usd and since that option is not even in existence we lost money and had to stay in the regular room at suite price. Plus this is the second time have stayed and the elevator has not worked. Such a good location it’s so sad the owners have run this property into the ground.”

“We were very unhappy with the room we had. Upon entering, we noticed ants in the sink but didn’t think anything of it. However in the morning there was a handful of them crawling everywhere, especially in our belongings in the bathroom. While staff was kind, nothing was done about it. It wasn’t cleaned and we were given points for the inconvenience.”

“Housekeeping did not come as stated. I had to finally ask for towels to be brought to room. There is no walkway from parking lot to hotel entrance without walking through flower beds/grass area. Staff was great. Pillows and bedding were awful. The mattress was uncomfortable as well. My stay worked but I am not sure that I will stay again.”

“They are in the middle of renovations, so things weren't in the best condition, but the rooms were spacious and had all the amenities that we needed.”

“Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Not as new as surrounding hotels, but everything was very clean. Breakfast had good amount of options. Only stayed one night but the full kitchen would have been very useful for a longer stay with kids. Would stay again when coming through Indy. ”
