“Everything was well kept, clean, and exactly as described. Staff was friendly and the hotel was quiet. ”

“Very poor service regarding the what we have paid. Breakfast was horrible and old. Pool is dirty and gym was disorderly and not clean. The room won’t be clean until you ask. Ironing my clothes was horrible as the iron was so dirty where I need to ask another one as it made my clothes dirty. In few words, one of the bad experiences I have had.”
