Inn a Crosby

“This place is a dump. Been there 3 times in 6 months to fish Mille lacs. All 3 times different staff, pool was always closed all 3 time. 10/2-10/4 stay new mngr told me owners don’t publish pool closed because no one will book.. breakfast sucks, access cards stop working, toilet doesn’t work absolute hellhole”

“In our Expedia profile we have requested 1st floor. No 1st floor rooms were available, which is fine until they tell us there is NOT an elevator!! We are senior citizens with health issues, if what is listed on our profile is not available, we should be notified before booking so we can go elsewhere. This is not acceptable Expedia! And, perhaps the hotel should include on their website that they don't have an elevator!”

“Recently remodeled and very clean and modern !”

“Remarkable property. Immaculate. Comfortable bed. Plush towels. Every amenity. Solace ”

“The house is beautiful with everything you could need or want provided. The location is perfect, very peaceful and relaxing as well as very private but close to nearby towns.”

“Rooms were filthy. Bathroom had bugs, floor was dirty, and was a couple pieces of trash in garbage can. The TV had liquid splatter marks on it, and there were macaroni noodles and cheese dust in drawer. The lamp shade was missing. Really not impressed, pretty disappointing.”

“I really wanted to like the room and property as I love the area. But as my friend dropped me off (and thank goodness he didn’t leave right away!) I walked into what I thought was the office. However, there was a sign posted saying the check-in office is at the Pelican Bldg. I’m from out of town so I called the number, spoke to the clerk, explained my situation, and asked how to get to the check-in office. She said, “Well, I don’t know where you are so unsure how to direct you.” Really?!? How...

“Clean room. Only saw someone at the front desk when we checked in. Never saw anyone after that. No ice machine even though there's a sign for one. Price difference between Thursday night and Friday night is $40 even though there were only 6 other cars in the lot, far from full. Breakfast was okay at best. Heard the few people that were there complaining about it. Scrambled eggs, old wrinkled sausage, no juice. Very little selection.”

“Have been staying there over several years and have seen a decline in quality and decline in staffing. Room was clean but unfortunately smelled like mold. Suspect it came from AC/Heater wall unit. Also noticed a decline in breakfast options and quality. Will consider staying eleswhere next time.”
