“The host was so warm welcoming from time we stepped out of the car always smiling could not do do enough for us. Showed us everything around the cottage and answered all questions. The cottage was very clean and you felt you was at home as soon as you stepped through the front door. You had everything in the kitchen you needed. The location was like a stone throw away from local shops sight seeing places. The area is very quiet and the people are very friendly too. We will definitely be going...

“This is our second stay here as we loved it so much the first time. Warm welcome, beautiful grounds, gorgeous rooms in a traditional country mansion. There is a walk along the salmon river to the fishing hut before you return to the sitting room with a real fire and a G&T at the honesty bar.
We loved exploring the wildness of the walled garden with bee hives (you can buy the honey back in the house) and free range chickens and raspberry bushes laden with big, fat fruit!
