“The hotel is ideally situated - while not being in an immediately picturesque location, its proximity to the M6, A66 and Penrith North Lakes railway station make it the perfect base for exploring the beauty of the Lake District in one direction and Yorkshire in the other. The staff are excellent, particularly in the FYR restaurant: friendly, helpful and attentive. The food is equally impressive and the hotel itself is clean, comfortable and a pleasure to stay in. ”

“We had a wonderful warm welcome at the Agricultural Inn. My bro and I stayed for 5 nights to meet our family who live in Penrith we had many wonderful breakfasts a few pints and a wonderful dinner. Everything was spot on! “Such a lovely traditional guesthouse. Ann was a really friendly, helpful host, the room was super clean, spacious and pretty and the breakfast cooked by her husband Paul was fantastic. Beautiful location - Penrith is a hidden gem.
