“Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast buffet had hot/cold options but I was a bit disappointed that apples were the only fruit available on in July. That’s a minor complaint, though.”

“When we stay only for night , off course we had log drive, no staff only one young lady too much slow and by mistake she gave us dirty uncleaned room first floor, we already tired we went back she was bussy w some guest, after 15 mint again came my turn I shows room pic she surprise , off course she don’t know but whole activity waste my 30 mint , otherwise room is good breakfast was good we came 8:15 next early norning 6: am we left”

“Room was clean, but a bit dated. Breakfast was ok, but hot food wasn’t great. Worst thing was the incredibly loud, creaky elevator that was close to my room!”

“The shower pressure was weak, but other than that it was perfect. Comfortable bed, nice jet tub for relaxing, gym and pool onsite. I wish they had guest laundry. Breakfast was good (waffle, cereal, eggs, yogurt, toast, etc).”

“Second time staying here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Clean room and linens. Breakfast offerings are typical generic fair. Dry cereal, pastries, scrambled eggs, waffle maker, etc. They did have a very, very nice selection of lovely high-quality teas available. Orange juice was very good.”

“Check-in was an automated video kiosk, where the sound wasn’t very good. The room wasn’t secure as the windows at the Garden level could not lock. the bathroom sink spigot was missing some pieces. In the morning, the smell of Diesel trucks nearby leaked heavily into the room.”

“Clean room. Very loud HVAC. Front desk personnel need more training so that room numbers are not announced when key cards are presented. People standing nearby should not be treated to instant knowledge of one's arrangements. Complimentary breakfast was a joke. Nasty assortment of junky micro-pastries, a few personal packets of peanut butter, what looked like pre-cooked mystery omelets waiting in the small fridge for reheating, some sugary cereals, and not much else.
