“Breakfast lacks options and quality. We’ve been staying here for years. The breakfast used to be good. It’s terrible now. I’m looking for another comparable hotel in the area. It’s too bad because the staff here is great. ”

“Couldn’t get the TV to turn off. Office staff helped get it working, then we couldn’t get out to turn off instructions on use would have been nice. Every time the toilet was flushed it mad a high pitched sound that lasted a while. Room needs more light ”
