“Terrible staff , very poor management and customer service.”

“Hallway, carpet throughout building, tub, all need to be upgraded. Hallway appearance looked bad and carpet smelled bad. Tub in my room needs to be replaced. It had been painted over many times. Toilet out dated and would barely flush. Breakfast was minimal. Had to keep asking for staff to replenish the food.”

“The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable. What I didn’t like was the temperature of the hot water for showers barely was hot. Also the refrigerator was not very cold and there were no controls to adjust it. Also when I booked the hotel I wanted free breakfast for my husband and myself, but they only gave us one complimentary breakfast and we had to pay for the second one. Other than that, the hotel was very nice for our one night stay.”

“Nothing fancy, it was overall fine if you don’t look too closely. A little annoying that no one was ever at the desk; thy stay in the back and you have to call out or use the phone to dial zero so the desk phone rings.”

“Worst hotel I have every stayed. There is an odor in the room and hotel. Demolish this cesspool of a hotel. Stay away”

“The breakfast options were too limited”

“Breakfast was good, clean room but the shower does not have a hot water. Maybe because we stayed in the 6th floor, but the hot water in the sink was good. So I took a shower with a cold water and my husband refused to get a shower. Also, next to our room, the occupants was noisy having an argument. I didn't pay attention to it because i was tired. Where we stayed was a small room for a person with wheelchair and there's no grab bar in the toilet. But all in all, the hotel was a good place to...

“Muy sucio y todo con mucha peste. Las habitaciones con peste de cigarro y tabaco y mariguana. Aparte las sabana con sangré. Muy desagradable. La ropa tuve que lavarla solo por entrar a la habitación 10 minutos.”

“Utilizzato per visitare Washington. Distante ma in una periferia universitaria ben collegata e con servizi (ristoranti, negozi, market, ferrovia), abbastanza vicini. Con l'auto è comunque tutto più semplice. Tappa intermedia, comodo per arrivare e per partire.”
