“The hotel is decent room was clean but the shower head needs to get clean”

“The room was clean and comfortable, but the first morning, we didn't have any hot water. It was warm, but it wasn't hot. The next morning, the water was hot though. The room was pretty quiet, and the parking was fine. It was a little busy but there were plenty of spots. I would stay again.The staff was really friendly and offered a late xheck out which really helped. ”

“I never been bothered by housekeeping so much at a hotel before… Not only did they try to enter the room the day after I checked in without saying it was housekeeping with a quiet knock while I was taking a nap from a long travel day the nite before then today twice they kept trying to enter the room. First time around 8:30am( checkout is not until noon) then I tell them to not bother us and even with the do not disturb on they again tried to come in the room again without saying it was...

“Check in with as very easy and the front desk staff was pleasant. We were given a handicap room near the elevator. (we did not request this) The shower was so hot that it nearly burned me. Before I could even turn it down the water temp dropped. Just as I was rinsing my hair the water temperature became scalding again. The hotel should definitely do something to regulate this especially in a handicap bathroom. ”

“Several issues with my stay. I traveled for work for :20 years before I retired and this was by far my worst stay anywhere. They lied to me before I arrived by telling me the pool was open when I called before booking. The pool had been closed by the city because of as permit issue. The shower head was so full I rust I couldn’t use it. The breakfast bad had very minimal options. The only stair case was out of order and if the elevator was into or there was a fire and you could not use the...

“Tre was perhaps the most welcoming individual I have encountered at Check-in. The room was immaculate and the water was HOT in the shower. The on-site restaurant was also great. Would stay again without a doubt.”
