“Hotel itself is nice and very well located with wonderful view on the Harbour of Tarbert. Room size ok and bed comfortable. What they lacked was not informing that one slide-door of the shower box was broken. Unfortunately I only found out about the problem when I already was in the shower box and managed somehow to close it. When I noticed the problem to the staff, I was told the they were aware of the problem but 1. I was given the room anyway and 2. nobody has thought to tell me about the...

“Cadillac Kustomz is a unique hotel with quirky design and loads of character. The rooms are individually styled, with all the necessary facilities, and are spotlessly clean. There is a diner restaurant and a bar on the premises, but we didn't get a chance to try them. The hotel is located quite a distance out from Rothesay, in Ardbeg, but it is a pleasant half hour walk along the waterfront, weather-permitting”

“si tratta di un albergo sporco nelle parti comuni con i giardini assolutamente incolti. nelle stanze c'era tappezzeria vinilica di dubbio gusto non confacente con lo stile dell'albergo. le porte delle parti comuni erano tutte usurate dal passaggio dei carrelli la vernice era consumata e si vedeva il legno. abbiamo pagato e siamo scappati via senza neanche soggiornarvi.”

“lovely hotel, we really enjoyed our stay at the Lamlash Bay hotel, we were in one of the top floor rooms so the slanted roof was a bit of an issue for me but I managed to navigate without too many bumps. We really enjoyed the food on offer in the restaurant and it was nice just to chill out in the bar or take in the views outside, Top quality food, location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. ”

“Among the best hotels on the island. Particularly the attention to detail and the comforts laid on for guests. The food is superb, whether breakfast, lunch or dinner. Our room was spacious and sumptuous. The building has been extensively renovated and refurbished recently and the owners took the opportunity to ensure the benefits were for the guests. “ 6 of us visiting for our friends 60th at the Glenburn hotel. Can't fault anything, thanks for providing the good weather😊 10 minute walk from ferry and town, got car parked fine. People with mobility issues may struggle to walk from road up to the apartment as it's a bit high. But honestly it's worth it if you can. ”
