“For the price we paid for this room it was such and unpleasant stay. Tv not working staff NO help . Never have I had to pay a $50.00 deposit to stay at a Hampton Inn. I asked for a receipt and was clearly told I had to get my receipt from Expedia. I have never ever had this issue ! Very disappointed as Hampton is my choice of Hotel! ”

“Overall, this was a good stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the room was thoroughly cleaned and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my stay, which really made a difference. Parking felt safe and secure, and the location offered easy access to the freeway, making it convenient to get around. The only downside was the breakfast. “Front desk that was there at checkin was rude when explaining the pool and spa was closed. Said i could cancel and good luck finding a place to stay because of graduations going on in the area. We specifically chose this hotel for the pool and spa. We ended up canceling our reservation and staying with family. Definitely won't stay there again.”

“The bed size that I booked was not what I was given. The property only has full size beds and I booked 2 double beds for a family of 5. The bed types at this hotel can accommodate comfortably a family of 3 at most. I had to buy an inflatable mattress to sleep my family.”
