Hotel per fare shopping a Crystal Palace

“Black mold, refridgerator was filled with ice and leaking, hidden switch to turn on heating plates (no guide to find it). Gaslighting service technician arrived after 3 hours and had no tools and just started hacking away with a knife on the ice and left instead of repairing the refridgerator door lip not sealing properly. Was told no other rooms were available and they were fully booked. Lost all hope in finding solution with this place, as they knew these issues were present when renting it...

“Great modern boutique hotel with beautiful design and features. Clean, smells brand new still and centrally located. Front desk staff was very friendly and staffed 24 hours. Bed was comfortable, blackout blinds effective, kitchen as described, and towels large and clean. My only complaint is that the so-called fitness centre is not really that at all. “The thermostat was locked and I was forced to sleep in a 77f room. They eventually brought a mini fan but that was not helpful as it just circulated hot air. I cut stay short next day. Terrible experience”
