“Staff was great!!! Bed very comfortable. Wasn’t happy about $50 early check in fee. So just waited 45 min till 4 pm to get our room. Walls are very thin could hear the neighbors all night and early morning. ”

“ALL Staff were VERY kind and accommodating, so much better than the service at the prior Hampton inn and suites we stayed at off Riverwalk Parkway. Riverwalk Parkway staff were not accommodating or kind. Thank you so much!”

“The room was clean but there was poop in the walkway outside my room window and it took them a long time after I reported it for it to be cleaned up. The office clerk was upset that I asked his name cause he was demanding the deposit be cash instead of on my card. Never, ever had to leave a $60 only cash deposit anywhere I've stayed. Who carries that much cash anymore; had to drive/hunt to find a citi atm.”

“U was on the 1st floor. The windows had some curtains that were mostly fake - could not shut them at all. The light from the outside was pouring in and perhaps if anyone walked by could hav seen me”

“The rooms were oright but i did found a roach woundering in the bathroom floor ,toothpaste on the wall, thats all bad cuz that means they dont clean the rooms good..”

“Il personale è stato molto gentile, la camera era sporca, la biancheria consumata dall'usura e poco pulita. Pagando intorno ai 70 euro a notte mi aspetto almeno asciugamani e lenzuola senza buchi di usura e puliti.”

“Staff gentile ma la struttura avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione. Ottimo per Possibilità di cibo e caffè nelle vicinanze. ”

“Cockroaches, prostitutes, man with hand down pants pounding on room window, kicked in door frame, leather straps on headboard, bulletproof glass window slot for check in, stains on every surface. Checked out after 5 minutes - survived without catching a disease or being murdered. ”
