“dirty window, noisy A/C”

“No business facilities, musty smell, old and rundown, uncomfortable bed, no ice machine. though its door is outside, its sturdy. I won't be staying there again.”

“1st rm turned hadn’t been cleaned. Food on desk and in refrigerator. We were given another rm. the 2nd and 3rd days of our stay the rm key didn’t work and had to be re- engaged at the service desk. Neither the hot tub nor the pool were operational but we were told that info was on the website. Somehow I had missed that. The staff seem to be friendly and mean well but don’t have a property that is invested in quality. ”

“The room is in need of repairs and it took over 4 hrs to get the room warm. The places is in need of serious updating. The only way I'll stay there again is that's the only places I can get a room at.”

“Awful conditions, looked absolutely nothing like the photos. Smelled very bad, room was dirty. Outside was not kept up well and there was trash all over. Appeared people were living there like a motel. Even the door lock in the room was loose. Felt very unsafe. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel, attempting to get our refund back.”

“Could not have asked for a better place to stay! Convenient to campus, clean, and friendly staff. ”

“Room was filled with cockroaches and the floor and room itself wasn't cleaned. Dust/dirt in the corners, burn holes in the comforter. Cheap hotel so I guess you get what you paid for.”

“Everything was great about this place! Super affordable, clean, huge suites, amazing breakfast. Best part though-the staff! They are so kind and helpful!”

“The physical exterior was bland and the interior room had received some updating. It was nice to have numerous usb ports. I was informed the room was a supreme king. The room was small and with one chair. I later learned that all rooms had one chair. The other guests had poor manners a were loudly running their car with reving the engine. The ac/heat wall unit made noise all night long and was informed that there has never had a complaint; I doubt this. At first we thought the noise was water...

“Staff were great. Lots of parking space. Very quiet area ”

“My wife really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.”

“The hot tub was down. The pool heater wasn’t working. First room neither tv remote worked so they moved room. The second room found bedbugs in they moved us room and comped us one night and gave us quarters to dry all our belongings. Some of the staff was rude and acted like they just didn’t care and then acted like it was our fault ”
