“Absolutely beautiful hotel in Bristol! The staff were so helpful and kind, the room was spacious and had so many windows. I loved it! The food and drinks at the rooftop bar and restaurant were very good. Overall just a lovely experience. ”

“This is a no pet hotel but I have a registered service dog and at check in the receptionist gave me torment over having a dog. I know by law they can ask 3 different questions it’s in my paper work but she even wanted to know my medical condition and all and then s not allowed. She was rude! Never will I stay there again. She made me feel very uncomfortable there.”
