“Staff was super friendly. Room was great. Love those full size walk in showers. ”

“Two issues: hot water was not all that hot and the building fire alarm was having issues - it went off a 1AM when I was staying and the strobe light in my bathroom didn’t stop flashing until 8 AM. Fortunately maintenance disconnected the strobe in my room so I could sleep. I overheard the fire department say this was the 25th time they had been called to the property in 2026 on false alarms. This needs resolved ”

“The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to check in early, which was a plus. My room was very comfortable. I would stay there next time I visit Dodger stadium. ”

“My complaint is the hidden fees that were added after my stay- when Expedia says “total price” don’t believe it. The hotel charged an additional $32 per day at check out. This is on top of $40 per day parking and confusing “free perks” that basically required additional purchases or payments to use. They justified it by saying “we gave you all these free perks” but I didn’t need or care about the perks and had to adjust my schedule just to use them. Often with an attitude from the front desk...

“I booked a room with a balcony and when I got there I was given a room without one. The valet took forever and I get it, there was only one person working but that’s super inconvenient. The staff at the check in desk also seemed very disinterested. I’m sure it’s a great hotel, I just caught them at the wrong time. ”

“L’hotel è in un’ottima posizione per chi arriva in treno ed è molto vicino al Campidoglio. Il personale è molto cortese ed accogliente ed è stato gradito il bicchiere di vino offerto in serata. La camera era molto spaziosa e ben arredata.”

“I love my stay at this property. Suites are clean, spacious with amazing views of Navy Yard, Nationals Park and the Capitol Building. The staff was very friendly and supported me throught my 7-night stay. Free breakfast was much better than anticipated, with a wide variety of choices to choose from. Overall, one of my best stays in the DC area. Recommended 10/10!”

“Pleasant weekend stay. Breakfast buffet was very good. The reception desk staff was friendly and helpful. Close to Metro stations Capitol Hill South and Navy Yard. Room was comfortable and clean. ”
