“Location is great! The owner kindly allowed me to check in a little early. The room itself was very clean, modern and well-appointed. Unfortunately, shortly after unpacking, I noticed what looked like a bug coming out from under the pillow. This made me uncomfortable, so I chose to sleep in the shower and decided not to stay for the second night.”

“Pros: Fresh and healthy food at dinner and breakfast, very relaxing area. Cons: The sleeping zone with no mattress nor bed is way too uncomfortable and the aircon in the rooms too old and noisy. Almost no internet in the room.”

“Customer service was superb. Service crew will personally bring you to the hotel room. Wide range of food to choose from the buffet dinner. Green bean soup, mee sua, etc were also served between 130 to 430pm. Breakfast options could be improved.”

“The room is spacious, clean. Friendly staff. The lobby is very comfortable. It also has a bar within the hotel.”

“The bath tub that can be filled with the hot spring water was very nice to enjoy after our daughter went to bed. We enjoyed the breakfast and drink options, and the playroom next door. If you're not a local, the staff couldn't speak English, but one of us could communicate in Mandarin so we were fine. We would recommend to other families with young children.”
