“Room was clean and comfortable and handy for the pub next door. Pool was not heated on the night we were there which was a shame and the pool area was rather dated. ”

“Was fair quality but upstairs was not preferred. A motor outside the room kept cutting in and out all night. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable but why do hotels insist on putting a doona on the bed in warm climates. Dinner in the bistro was quite good.”

“Room was clean, spacious and well enough equipped, though somewhat dated. It was also the darkest and dingiest room on the property despite the fact that we had booked some time ahead. ”

“A magical spot, best amenities I've seen at a caravan park, staff really care about delivering a great service. Our cabin was brand new and more like a hotel room than a cabin!”

“Lovely place to stay, comfortable cosy beds. Kitchen had all we needed for a three night stay., a few things in the lodge needed attention, broken faucet over bath, bug screens, possibly more than one tea towel for longer stays would be great, and new sponges per stay as no spray n wipe provided. ”

“Another extremely enjoyable stay at The Royal. Staff are awesome, rooms very clean, and everything you need within a short walking distance. Meals are A Grade as well. Had the Smokey BBQ lamb shank this time, literally just fell off the bone with the lightest touch. May I recommend the local lager as a refreshing ale. Absolutely the best craft/boutique beer I've ever had, and I've had a few. Always a delight to call this my home away from home when I visit the Wimmera. 👍”
