“We were a large group of 8 people. This is a small two story, narrow place with a third lower height attic/loft. The place was fairly clean but the first night we heard a critter in the walls, probably a mouse or rat. We heard it is common in older houses to have that issue but it did throw us off. There are no separate rooms or doors to close. It’s basically dormitory style. It was fine for what we needed but wouldn’t be our preference and we will not be staying here again.”

“Kevin was a fantastic communicator and helped us with clear directions to get to his property including videos of how to get the trains and a video of how to walk there from the station.He also provided us with instructions and advice on local eateries and restaurants.His place was super close to a 7/11 and supermarket and was a quick 5 minute walk to the closest train station.His house had everything we needed for our stay. “The property is in a residential area so it is nice and quiet at night. Consequently, you need to be quiet yourself, but it makes for a perfect night time get away after busy days in the city. There are lots of restaurants in the area providing plenty of food options for lunch, dinner, or a late night snack. With heasy access to Hatsudai station, I highly recommended this stay as a home base for your Tokyo excursions. ”

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in due periodi nel mese di settembre in una camera tripla al 7 ed 8 piano. Albergo molto bello, pulito, confortevole e silenzioso. La stanza non era grandissima ma anche per via dei tre enormi letti singoli presenti. Le dotazioni della camera comprendevano bollitore con polvere per the e caffè e tazze e bicchieri, ciabattine fornite ogni giorno e bottigliette di acqua gratis ogni giorno, spazzole per capelli, rasoio con crema, spazzolino e dentifricio, fascia per capelli, cotone e cotton fioc e prodotti per skin care, era inoltre presente fornitura per sapone viso e mani, bagnoschiuma, shampoo balsamo capelli e crema corpo. Personale preparatissimo nella lingua inglese e cortese e disponible per ogni richiesta. Ci è stato consentito di lasciare i bagagli più ingombranti per in piccolo viaggio di due notti a Kyoto, ci è stata fornita assistenza per spostamento prenotazione transfer aeroporto e non ci sono stati creati problemi quando abbiamo chiesto di modificare la seconda prenotazione da quattro a tre notti. Ci hanno regolarmente decurtato il prezzo della quarta notte senza alcuna penale. Il pagamento si effettua al check in. La zona è servita dalle fermate della metropolitana a qualche centinaio di metri di distanza. Ottimo hotel da consigliare."
