"La camera era pulita e l'hotel è carino, ma se si mette ad OFF e si spegne il ventilatore del riscaldamento nella stanza la ventola non si ferma mai e il rumore di fondo per il ricircolo dell'aria è cosi elevato e fastidioso che non si riesce a dormire! Difetto per me imperdonabile! "

A special thank you goes to Sandra, the Director, and Laura at the reception. They are absolute gems! Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help were beyond anything we expected. No matter what we needed or what small issue popped up, they handled everything with extreme flexibility and a "can-do" attitude. It’s rare to find a team that truly makes you feel so looked after and peaceful during your stay. Room for Growth If I have to be honest and constructive, the restaurant area (specifically the service hours) could use a bit of improvement to match the high standards of the rest of the hotel. However, this is a minor detail when compared to the incredible atmosphere. Final Verdict In the end, it’s the kindness and the warm welcome that make the real difference here. The human touch provided by Sandra, Laura, and the entire team is what sets this hotel apart. We felt incredibly supported and happy. "Tengo a precisare che frequentiamo la struttura da ormai 8 anni. Colazione top, personale gentile, camere pulite ma sposando la ecosostenibilità vengono riordinate/pulite ogni 3 giorni (per soggiorni lunghi, il nostro era di 4 giorni). Abbiamo avuto un problema con la ristorazione serale in quanto avevamo prenotato la mattina per una cena di lavoro per 8 persone la sera stessa e, quando ci siamo presentati, ci siamo sentiti dire che potevamo consumare solo da un menù ridotto (solo sandwich / hamburger) mentre tutta la sala stava consumando con menù completo. Dopo esserci lamentati ci siamo sentiti rispondere che avendo la cucina in sofferenza per carenza di personale non potevano fare altrimenti. Abbiamo trovato questo tipo di comportamento poco professionale avendo prenotato con anticipo . "
