“The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were cery nice and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. The food from Rocky's grill also tasted great. The location was conveniently close to Alberta Children's Hospital, the reason for our trip to Calgary. We would definitely stay here again!”

“We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The floor was quite dirty and felt sticky on our bare feet. My daughter dropped some lotion on the floor and went to wipe it up and the dirt that come off the floor when she wiped it was absolutely disgusting. The carpet was also sticky and felt unclean. We had to leave our shoes and slippers on all the time. My white socks were brown after the first hour in the room. They were new white socks! Bedding appeared clean and bed was...

“The staff were so friendly, the valet staff were wonderful. Room was spacious. The breakfast supplied was good, my husband loved it, I would like to see a waffle or pancake station and bacon, some cheese slices. So just a bit more variety. It is the one of the only hotels downtown to offer breakfast so I was content to be able to have breakfast included.”
