“The room was in a terrible neighborhood. The freight train was feet from our room. The towels were so thin that we had to go to Walmart to buy others. I’m surprised that Expedia has this horrible property listed. Oh….we booked two nights but left after one.”

“Our stay at Hotel ZaZa in Dallas far exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. “We pulled into the parking lot that was too small for a vehicle to get down the alley. People in the parking lot were doing profound things and we were so nervous we never even got out of the car! The pictures are deceiving and I would never stay here! We never even got out of our vehicle and immediately left, resulting in a fee to stay when we did not! We found a very nice motel up the street! The owner doesn’t respond or even message you back! No communication whatsoever! I would NEVER...
