• Incidentals deposit: $50.00 per stay, processed as a pre-authorization on your credit card and released after departure, provided there is no damage, missing items, or extra cleaning required
• Pet fee: $75 per pet for stays of 1–6 nights; $150 per pet for stays of 7+ nights, up to 2 pets per stay (max weight 80 lbs); pet agreement required at check-in
