“The staff was so kind and the breakfast was great. Our comments are about the property. It’s long overdue to be updated. While the location is perfect, the property is showing its wear. Our bathroom had suffered extensive damage on the ceiling and to the bathroom vanity. The pillows on the couch need to be replaced as stuffing is visibly coming out. “Siamo arrivati molto tardi ed abbiamo trovato la camera più fredda di un congelatore, ma qui negli States non c’è da stupirsi. Ci hanno dato una stanza fronte autostrada a piano terra: praticamente si sentiva ogni macchina che passava (ci hanno messo a disposizione i tappi per le orecchie). In più le due stanze adiacenti ospitavano cani (che io adoro per carità) ma che hanno abbaiato tutta la notte rispondendosi. Handy Starbucks in the lobby as well as a shop with need it right now items Fantastic plaza across the street with middle eastern restaurants. Very easy access to main roads. This will be our go-to lodging for future trips to Richardson and Garland.”

“The breakfast was minimal and underwhelming. The room had one charger, on one side of the bed out and one lamp that did not work. Both of those were reported to the front desk within an hour if checking in, no repairs were made. The room was not cleaned after the first night.”

“One night of our stay, my friend and I walked to the nearby plaza to grab a bite. On the way back in, we asked the security guard why he was blocking off the plaza with his car, and he responded saying “this is not a good area”😅 While we didn’t see anything too concerning, and we generally felt safe on the property, it’s worth noting lol. Overall very clean and appropriately priced stay!”

“The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location for our needs. We had a good stay but it could have been great with a few more simple amenities. There was no dresser space, only 2 pants hangers in the closet and only one towel hook in the bathroom. With no drawers for clothing luggage racks would have been helpful.”

“Great place to stay! Lots to do locally and within walking distance of great restaurants. Abdul was very helpful and a fantastic bartender. There were a variety of parking lots conveniently located near the hotel. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!”
