“Camera pulita, parcheggio gratuito, solito difetto della struttura HILTON: la pulizia delle camere non è giornaliera e nessuno ti avvisa. Colazione una mattina alla carta (quindi limitata dal budget 24 USD) e un'altra mattina self-service: potrebbe essere decisamente migliorata.”

“Overall our stay was great. The only thing I would have preferred is to have daily service to the room for fresh towels, empty trash, and make beds. Breakfast was adequate and the facility was nice and clean. We didn’t have much interaction with the staff so no issues. I would stay there again but perhaps ask for a minimum towel exchange each day.”

“Siamo arrivati molto tardi ed abbiamo trovato la camera più fredda di un congelatore, ma qui negli States non c’è da stupirsi. Ci hanno dato una stanza fronte autostrada a piano terra: praticamente si sentiva ogni macchina che passava (ci hanno messo a disposizione i tappi per le orecchie). In più le due stanze adiacenti ospitavano cani (che io adoro per carità) ma che hanno abbaiato tutta la notte rispondendosi. “Love Zaza and this visit did not disappoint. They had good foam pillows and allergy free bedding which can be hard to find at hotels. The water pressure was fabulous and the bed was very comfortable. The service was great too. Will definitely return. ”

“Condition of property.. MC your brand is being tarnished! We have stayed at many RI and been very pleased this one however I would not recommend. Furniture dirty, torn/damaged, staff friendliness missing, pool area dead shrubs, broken chairs, towel size slightly larger then a hand towel. Positives breakfast & location!”

“Room was clean and staff was nice and helpful. They put me in a quiet room which was exactly what I needed. The pillows are big fluffy lumps and they gave me the worst stiff neck. Also, no shampoo! You can’t tell when the bottle is empty. I called to get shampoo and I got two more conditioners because it said apres shampoo and was confusing to the staff, I think. ”
