This home features a master suite with King bed and fireplace. Large living room with a 2nd fireplace. 2 guest rooms, smart TV’s throughout, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer (supplies included). Enjoy the outdoor patio with fire pit and bbq while the kids play in the yard and jump on the trampoline!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property while visiting family in the area for the holidays. Upgraded throughout, with many modern amenities and spacious rooms, with very functional kitchen and laundry room.Check-in/out process was easy. Very close to shopping and dining, with a great pet friendly backyard. I recommend this property to anyone considering a stay in the area.

Our stay lasted from November 19 to 24, during which we attended our daughter's wedding at The Cotton Mill. Given the Vrbo's convenient location, I considered it an excellent rental choice. The rooms were spacious enough for our group of six, and the decor was tasteful. While the home was clean, the cleaning service needs to improve, specifically regarding glass surfaces and light fixtures. The light fixtures above the island were dusty, the TV was smeared, and the home requires some upkeep. The kitchen baseboards are scratched and peeling, and the backyard's trampoline has a damaged spring cover. The back door lacks a spring return, causing it to swing open widely. Moreover, the property's landscaping appears to be neglected, aside from regular lawn mowing, as weeds are prevalent and hedges are overgrown. Regarding the neighborhood, I departed early to prepare for the wedding, while my family left later. At approximately 1 pm, they witnessed a group of 20 males in an open field, one of whom was armed with an AK47 rifle and firing at an unknown target. Furthermore, upon turning the corner, they saw two males dressed in black, with skull caps and handkerchiefs covering their faces, approaching a residence. My family was fearful for their safety and promptly proceeded to the venue.Our residence was inundated with crickets on a daily basis.guest bathrooms shower curtain only reached the top of the tub, resulting in a wet rug. And dead crickets under the rug!

Very cute!

We stayed here from Colorado for the eclipse and it was a perfect house! Kitchen had a variety of cooking tools which allowed me to make food while we stayed there. Backyard was great for our dog and it was in a great location for site seeing. Would stay again.

Mckinney house

Another great stay at Samantha’s property. Everything perfect as usual. A quiet neighborhood in eastern side of old McKinney. Spacious backyard with new fence which is really nice for our dogs. Thanks again Samantha. We’ll be back!!!

Great Home

This home had a lot of wonderful amenities. We enjoyed our time and was able to spread out comfortably. Our dogs really enjoyed the large backyard. As previous reviews the neighborhood isn’t the most desired location however, we always felt safe. It is located in a central area of McKinney and close to many things especially the downtown area. We would stay here again!

Great Experience

Samantha had all the bases covered. Property was as advertised and my pets loved the yard. They had as much fun as we did on the trip. The layout is perfect and the laundry was great. I’ll absolutely come back.

Cute house with fully fenced yard

We enjoyed our stay at this house in McKinney. As other reviewers have said, the neighborhood looked pretty sketchy when we were driving in, but it was very quiet right around the house. There was in issue with the door keypad that took several attempts & a call to Samantha the property manager, but she was great & talked us through it. The house was clean and there qeee plenty of towels, but the AC worked so well we could’ve used thicker comforters and more throw blankets. That’s not really a bad problem to have when it’s June in Texas though! Overall we’d recommend this house without hesitation. Our lab had plenty of room to run and play in the yard & I was happy to see that the privacy fence is tall and in great shape.

Mckinney stay

This is a wonderful property with a terrific backyard. Samantha is an attentive and helpful host. I hosted a ladies brunch with friends and we so enjoyed sitting on the patio outdoors. This is literally my home away from home. Looking forward to my stay later this summer.

Nice!

The neighborhood is a little concerning when we drove up. The house is beautiful and clean. The house has all kinds of supplies for cooking, laundry and bathing. It has a nice privacy fence in the back yard and trampoline for kids to play. I left a valuable item and the owner was quick to help and very accommodating. I appreciated them helping me get the item back and they were very kind about it. When we visit family there I will stay there again.

Everything was neat, tidy and well organized

Pulling through the “bit rough” neighborhood was concerning at first, but the house was newer and upgraded. The neighbors were friendly when they noticed us. We felt very safe and my grandson loved the trampoline. The kitchen had everything I need to make a homemade meal or two. My dog also, made herself at home in the backyard and loved watching the squirrels run through the trees.

MCKinney TX - so close to downtown!

Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, the kitchen stocked with all the necessities and more! Large master suite, and on-suite. A hop-Skip-and-jump to downtown McKinney! tons to see, do, and eat! The hosts were beyond spectacular, prompt in replies, and very welcoming! We will be back!

Great new home!

We were in town for a soccer tournament with our 3 teenagers. We enjoyed our stay. Open floor plan, plenty of room, games to play, toys for little kids, and still smells new. Wish the TV wasn’t so high on the wall in the family room, but that’s just a personal preference. Great place for families. Communication was A+.
