1. Smoking is not allowed inside this property. Please smoking outside only and clean your cigarette butts after. Please do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground . Please don’t breaking the rule because it will incur a $300 fine.

2. Only the guest(s) listed on the rental may stay overnight on this property.

3. Home owners will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Home owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the se responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property. So please safely staying and taking care yourself.

4. Please keep the property and all furnishings in good condition and clean. Put all furnishings, kitchen supplies, etc. back in their rightful place. Thank you

5. Please respect this property by abstaining from making unreasonable noise or playing loud music at all times.
a. Events and parties are not allowed. This property is a duplex, so loud noise, especially outside, is discouraged, and strictly prohibited after 10pm.If you are coming/going for a night, please be mindful of noise when you return back to the property.
b. Illegal substances and/or activities are strictly prohibited.
c. Owner or Owner's Representative has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated.

6. Please only use appliances for their intended uses.

7. Pets is welcomed. Pet fee is $150/1pet and $250/2 small pets

8. Parking – the house has a carport for 2 cars parking in the back door, and you could parking your cars on the street but please keep in mind, we won't be responsibility for whatever may incur to your cars.

9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the house, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house. If you run out of clean linens and towels etc. during your stay, you are responsible for laundering the linens to replenish them. Washer and dryer provided in the house.

10. We want our guests to have a very positive experience in our home. We’re always updating it to make it as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

11. The check in is after 3pm and checkout is at 11am

Any violation of these rules could result in you being charged extra and/or legal action taken. Call 911 if there is an emergency and then call host.
