Lake House Mini-Resort

A private mini-resort. One of a kind lake house with many acres of waterfront land - Boat dock, jet skis, boat, pool, trampoline, separate jacuzzi, bbq and tons of space. Great for events and backyard parties and even weddings. Five bedrooms available. Personal vacation-operations manager/butler/party host on-site during stay to help with operations (boat/jet ski operations, pool operations, general house operations, golf cart operations, lighting fires at night, and to get anything you need). Butler stays in the Master Bedroom on the East Wing of the property and has his own entrance and will not bother or interfere except for cleaning and operations. Available at property: Kids Fun/Play Room with separate tv, area to hook up video game systems and do arts and crafts. Room in house for 15+ people if other areas are used other than bedrooms. Golf cart available to tour grounds. Ninja Warrior pool stuff available. Back yard and additional lake front ground can hold many large inflatable kids and adult bounce houses or large wedding/party tents. Valet available for events. Jet Ski/Boat available at additional cost.
