Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all six bedrooms, the 120” theater room, the Peloton fitness room, the game loft with Juliet balcony, the fully equipped kitchen, dining areas, and private backyard.
The garage is available for EV charging and parking on request (currently under renovation).
Smart locks provide keyless entry, and a unique access code will be provided before check-in.
Guests may also use the washer/dryer, all outdoor seating areas, and the Weber grill for the perfect BBQ party.
Access to community Park and Pool also available.
Other things to note
• Security Cameras: Exterior cameras are located at the front door and driveway for safety. No interior cameras are present. Noise Monitors in place to ensure excess noise and no parties allowed.
• Theater Room: Please handle equipment with care. Do not change any Media equipment setting or location. Few Streaming accounts are provided—feel free to log into your own.
• Peloton: Guests must bring their own shoes or use cage adapters if preferred.
• Stairs: The home has a beautiful curving staircase; if traveling with young children, supervision is recommended.
• Parties/Events: Not allowed. This is a quiet residential area and we respect our neighbors.
• Parking: Space available in the driveway + garage EV charger access. Street parking is limited. No more than 4 cars per booking.
• Seasonal Weather: Texas weather can fluctuate—please keep doors closed to maintain indoor comfort.
• Backyard: Fully fenced, family-friendly, and ideal for outdoor dining, but not designed for loud gatherings or late-night noise.
