  • The Rustic Chandelier provides comfort, specialty coffees and chandeliers 1 mile from downtown McKinney. Get ready to relax and enjoy this delightful 3-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. There are 4 new smart TVs with Spectrum streaming and many apps available. This peaceful retreat offers a master bedroom with ensuite bath, a 2nd extra large bedroom with antique queen bed (note above- bed is being repaired) and a 3rd bedroom with a trundle bed providing an extra twin bed. All perfect for a cozy night's sleep. With amenities like a full kitchen to cook complete meals, 4 new smart TVs, An office desk and chair area complete with 600 mbps internet and WIFI printer and and washer/dryer guests can feel right at home. The outdoor covered patio with comfy sofa and chairs, outdoor lighting and fan, and a table for outside dining is coming this spring. We are located near The STAR and the PGA Omni Golf course in Frisco, and DFW Airport is easy accessible.

The location was great, the house was welcoming and comfortable, and the host was so helpful and friendly. My son, daughter-in-law, grandson, and I were there for a wedding. I babysat while they were at the wedding, and it was perfect! We would totally stay here again!

This place was so charming! The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay along with different flavored coffees and creamers. Super clean and the beds were very comfy. Short drive to all the shops and restaurants in quiet neighborhood. Pat was so sweet and quick to respond :)Highly recommended!!

We had a comfortable stay at this cozy and artfully decorated home. The home has a cozy feel and the chandeliers give it a fancy flair. The beds, chairs and couches were comfortable and we were thrilled to have many Keurig options available to use. It's a place that you could spend time to unwind or use as a launching pad for time out. Thanks again for a comfortable stay!

A charming home in which we felt at home upon our arrival. Quiet, clean, and well-appointed. Little details, such as kleenex, cleaning supplies, & extra towels were really appreciated. I was in McKinney for a ministry event!

Loved the property! Very clean and quaint! Great experience for me and my friends!! Would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!! The host was very gracious and accommodating!!!

Byron Nelson Golf Weekend

This was the perfect home base for our stay in McKinney for the Byron Nelson tournament. The location was less than 10 minutes to the course, and with Pat's input, we discovered Stix Icehouse, a fun place to eat nearby. She was exceptionally responsive and welcoming, even leaving a card for our birthday boy. The house was spotless, beds super comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with the most important thing - coffee! Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Just as described!

The Rustic Chandelier was pure perfection! We were visiting for a baseball tournament and booked last minute. The house was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed at! We recently took a trip to Rosemary Beach, Florida where we rented a house with ZERO amenities. This cottage was quite the opposite. It had every single thing we needed and more, along with the very best host ever! I feel like she is actually my friend now! :)

Outstanding Property

This home has everything you could ever need for a short or long stay. The beds are extremely comfortable. The home itself is inviting and cozy. The host is great at communicating and sharing information. We really enjoy the atmosphere and the home feel of the house. The patio is done very well and had it not been a bit too hot for us we would have really enjoyed sitting out there. The House was very clean. Bathrooms were all stocked with everything you could need. for water pressure in the showers. Give this place a shot! It’s well worth the stay. We will certainly be returning soon.

We loved everything about this little gem. Pat was so wonderful to communicate with. I felt like I made a new friend. The home is so, so charming. It truly is more like a home than a rental. My husband and I travel quite a bit and have rented plenty of places through vrbo and, I must say, this is my very favorite so far. It was clean, well stocked, had every amenity, including TVs with YouTube in the bedrooms (a big plus for me). The bed in the master was dreamy comfort with its pillowy topper. We slept very well there. We were able to park in the driveway in the back of the house and really appreciated that since the street parking in the front gets a bit crowded. We had my husband's full size pick up and, by coming in from the far end of the back alley, he was able to pull in and back out easily. Parking is always an important factor for us because we like to protect our vehicles. This was perfect. The washer and dryer were convenient. Loved that. The back patio was like a ray of sunshine just to look at through the kitchen window. Well done, Pat. Well done. We enjoyed visiting downtown McKinney. There are so many cute shops and restaurants there. The Rustic Chandelier and downtown McKinney compliment one another in a charming sort of way. If you love charming, this is your place. If I ever come back to McKinney, I'm coming back to the Rustic Chandelier!! Did I mention the chandeliers?! I could go on and on. This little doll house has it all. Excellent all around.
