“We booked a cozy (aka small) room for the night of June 5. For our needs it was just right. The check-in was perfect and I loved that part of my phone number was the room code. Very convenient. Ultimately I left behind an item. It was after 5pm that I realized what I had done. The front office was super helpful and even checked a place or two places while we were speaking. “Really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn. The breakfast was very substantial and varied one of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel great kitchen staff great night shift check-in clerk. Will definitely stay there again.”

“Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly not far from downtown, but the beds were very hard and the pillow is very flat.”

“Plan to stay here but when we showed up the pool was full of algae the ladder was broken and the pool area smelled terrible. Decided not to even stay there and book a different hotel”

“Location. Location. Location. been coming out to Durango, CO for over 10 years. Walking distance to downtown was ideal. A few blocks over from the main drag. It is an older best western. Rooms were a little dark, and dated. Hotel pool in middle of property. Hotel is next to the Durango train station. They did have complimentary drinks in the evenings.”

“Room was clean, how ever the temperature of the room was controlled by the property which made it a little uncomfortable. Beds were a little on the used up side but other than that it was good for a one night stay with kids.”

“Beautiful hotel, great location, friendly staff. Will definitely stay again.”

“La struttura è aperta da poche settimane quindi è tutto nuovo. Il personale si è sempre dimostrato cordiale e disponibile. La camera e ampia e confortevole e dispone di frigo, microonde, macchina per il caffè, asciugacapelli, ECC... Compresi nel prezzo della camera ci sono anche Wi-Fi, colazione a buffet e parcheggio.”

“Dropped almost $2K on a 4 night stay after this Mama finally got her first vacation after having a baby. Big mistake. There were maybe 2 staff members who actually cared about our stay. So many other staff members were so rude. The view was beautiful but the room had major maintenance issues. Wish I could get my money back.”

“This is a clean hotel, looks new or newly renovated. It is located on the river and within walking distance of the train and downtown. Our room was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable but a little tall for me. They serve a nice breakfast daily. There is a pool, gym and ample parking. I would probably stay here again if in Durango. Only real complaint is it was expensive.”
