“The room was clean and parking although it was tight, it had ceiling… However there was a very loud car-truck at 4am making noise. They were out working in something but the loud noise woke me up in the middle of the night so not as happy about that”

“Well at 12:30 the police was outside and a SWAT team ready to kick in doors. My kids were scared they had to hide in the bathroom because of the noise and them kicking the door in. No one from the office call to say stay in your room nothing they act like it was a regular old day. This is the first day when I checked in no toilet paper was in the room. To get toilet paper it took me calling the office over and over and over until they finally answer the phone.”

“The property was fine however the locks on the door were broken and the staff was a bit difficult at times but still nice. ”

“I rated this "good" so people understand that they are not getting a 5 star Marriott but I knew that going in. I booked here for the location and it is a 3-4 min walk to the Virginia Beach Convention Center. We went for the Royal Beach National Cheer Comp and all everyone complained about was the parking, the lack of parking or the cost of parking. We didn't have to worry about any of it. It was a basic 2 bedroom hotel but cleanliness is important to me and it felt clean. What really set them...
