“I felt so terrible for the older woman who was working by herself. She seemed very lost. The computer system was down so many mistakes were made, and there was a line of people to check in. There was a mixup in our room so it took us probably about 45 minutes to check in. The hot tub was not working, which was one of the main reasons we booked this place. The breakfast was terrible. “No hand soap in the bathroom. Had to call for more towels and TP. No silverware in the kitchen. No paper towels. Remotes didn't work so TV was working. Was clean and nice paint job. Had to checkin at days inn across street. They didn't answer the phone a few times at the inn.... We asked for and reserved a room with king bed and sofa queen bed. Didnt get that! had to have a family member bring a folding cot from home!”
