“Amazing staff”

“Parking was amazing, close to an entrance door, and many to choose from. Breakfast was very good, especially the biscuits and gravy as well as the pancakes! Lots of food and beverage choices, and fruit. Delicious! We we upgraded to a bigger and better room at no extra charge, which was above and beyond of what was expected. Staff were super friendly and rooms were clean and well stocked with towels, coffee and other amenities. We will definitely stay again. Great hospitality, Thank you! ”

“Unfortunately, the room was very unsatisfactory for the price. The carpet smelled of dog, the curtains had stains, the blinds were broken, the bed frame itself was broken on one corner, there were tons of flies, etc. I am pretty upset as the pictures show the room in a MUCH improved state and that is what I expected. It was embarrassing, I booked the "honeymoon suite" and it legitimately felt like a dingy room you take a hooker to. The oddly positioned couches did not help with this sense...

“I didn’t realize I had stayed here before, but you can definitely tell the rooms have been upgraded—they felt fresh and comfortable. The Ridge Sierra also shares amenities with another nearby resort just a few minutes away, and there’s a convenient shuttle that can pick you up anytime. The indoor/outdoor pool was a lifesaver—it kept my kids entertained the whole time. They also offer activities for both kids and adults, which was a nice bonus. Plus, it’s only about 9 minutes from the gondola,...

“The location is excellent unfortunately the pool was closed for our full because of an issue with chemical levels. Also on one night the elevator was broken down.”

“It's a cheap motel, so you get what you pay for I guess. Moldy shower curtains, poor lighting in the rooms, bare minimum when it comes to amenities. I was unable to find parking on a couple occasions because of inadequate spaces. Overall though, it's not a terrible place to stay if you're on a budget and don't care too much about quality. Heating worked and the shower was hot, so I can't really complain too much.”
