“In trasferimento verso Miami ci siamo fermati in questo Hotel. i Gestori sono stati molto gentili. Purtroppo la porta della camera era sprovvista di chiavistello e la porta poco sicura, ”

“My room had bed bugs and the management and staff didn't even help or refund my stay. I have pictures of the bits all over both ankles and legs. Expedia Travel has done everything possible to help, in fact they called the management and staff, they never emailed back or answered any calls.”

“The room and staff were great. Very helpful and nice my only real complaint was being stuck on the elevator that broke while going to second floor room as disabled and it's hard to go up and down stairs”
