“Friendly staff. Nice clean room”

“The level of service was amazing. The hotel room’s sink would not drain and they changed our room right away. Frank from front desk was very courteous, and texted throughout the stay. Breakfast staff kept area clean and well stocked. Bottled water available on request was very helpful. We had a late checked out, and forgot a few hanging items. Called later that evening they located them and we were able to retrieve them. This hotel and its staff gave excellent service. Not often found these...

“1. l'albergo applica una procedura di pulizia di camera ogni 3 giorni!! non credo sia accettabile per la tariffa pagata! 2. all'arrivo c'era lo scarico del water che non andava. Abbiamo alzato il coperchio del water per fare andare lo scarico manualmente. 3. il pavimento all'entrata della camera cosi come il corridoio davanti alla camera erano bagnati. non so se si tratta di una perdita dell'acque condizionata.”

The breakfast area was clean, staff lady at breakfast was attentive, friendly, kept area clean and replenished food. “Everything: it is an impeccable place,beautifully decorated both in rooms and public places, wonderful creature comforts like bottled water, cocktail hour, milk and cookies and continental breakfast delivered to your room. Amazing tour on Mon and Wed. Staff goes above and beyond in their helpfulness. If you want to be treated royally come here.”

“The space was very nice and the rooms were very well maintained. Turn down service was kind of all over the place.. not a constant time, not sure if it's short staffing or why that is. Some days it was 1pmish and others were 6pm. Breakfast was good every morning except when they put the turkey bacon out. It was over cooked and I over heard a few people say they could eat breakfast cause it made them nauseous. But all the other food was amazing. Rooftop bar was an amazing experience, so many...

“The best note for the location: perfect. And the coffee at the lobby, that is a very lovely place with wonderful garden too. The room is big with a very useful kitchen: coffee machine and owen too(even we didn't use it). The building is a romantic one: but the room' s forniture need renovation! And a deep cleaning job...”

“I recently stayed at the Indigo Inn with my family. We got the double queen room and it had plenty of room for 4 people. The room was clean and bathroom was a good size to move around. The staff was also great and very helpful. Location is the top reason we stayed there and everyrhing we did was walking distance. Higly recommemd. ”
