“Not sure why this hotel has high ratings. All night you heard trucks gearing down as they passed by on the highway. Once arrived we were informed that the elevator was not working, so your only option was the stairs. Not sure how they were accommodating any with handicaps or disabilities, was asked if we need assistance. The room was not outstanding, the bathroom shower glass door was not wiped properly and the floor and baseboards were not clean. The floor in the bedroom area squeaked. The...

“Clean and quiet ”

“Check in was chaotic. Phone ringing off the hook, line in the lobby, and only one receptionist. Another person came in to help. Some people were having issues with no heat or hot water in their rooms and they were having to switch rooms. The Second Lady that came to help was super rude and short with one man needing to change rooms. With the hotel filling up, due to spring break, the manager hiked the prices to $133. Crazy for such an unprepared hotel. Thankfully everything worked in our room....

“Parking is sometimes impossible to find a spot except very far away. The rooms are never clean. We have stayed here several times now and only come back because we have a hard time finding anywhere else that will take our dogs. However, this last time made us decide we would rather sleep in our car than to stay at this hotel again. They need to take time to deep clean the rooms every so often because the walls and trim is thick with grime. The comforters have been stained. Half the lights never...

“Facility is currently under construction for updates. Our room was recently updated but the construction crew unfortunately darted some of the tile work and it does not look or feel clean”

“The room was clean and neat. The staff was wonderful and accomdating. Especally Sue the desk clerk. The breakfast was good and many choices. ”

“This place is a dump. When checking in the lobby was a daycare, with moms and kids, and a pit bull, lounging around as if it was someones living room. These people were not guest but some staff and friends. The room provided, smelled like sewage, trying to figure out where the smell was coming from, checking the toilet, the seat didn't fit the toilet. Back to reception to change rooms, They mentioned a broken sewage pipe, nothing they could do. Large creator in the parking lot with a cone...

“Honestly, I couldn't do better for the price. The room was clean, and that was all I needed. I think the pool was out of service while I was there but that didn’t affect my experience at all. The girl at the front desk was very helpful in recommending places to eat.”

“I was on the first floor corner. Lake view. Very quiet. Lights switches are weird. Hard to find, no light switch when you first walk in. Have to use lamps in the dark. Clean. Parking is bad for back rooms. Breakfast sucks. Not good coffee and no fruit or anything just sugary junk. All in all i would stay again if in the area even though It's not what I'm used to, but the people were nice and I had my privacy.”
