“This is an Old Dump, paid for 50 years ago yet they soak you for this terrible road side room . Hell it was like a kennel there were so many dogs . Dog pissed in elevator . Lovely .Bath tub , with no water spout, dog scratches in the tub , I guess a dog had it before us .Room was worn and nasty , chair was broken , chair was worn and torn . “We arrived at 4pm and they gave away our room to someone else in error because they didn't bother to check the name. So we had to settle for a smaller room that was not as clean as expected for a newer hotel. Very disappointed. The best part of tge stay was their pancake machine ar breakfast. Even though I travel through the area often, I won't be going back. Definitely not up to Hilton hotel group standards.”

I wanted to cancel my trip a day after the free cancellation window ended but a day before the trip start due to medical reasons. When I called the hotel, the hotel was ready to cancel the reservation for small fee or even reschedule for a later date without the fee, but they wanted Expedia to call them since the reservation was thru them.
