“Nice rooms. Clean. Breakfast. In a great area close to Red Rocks.”

“Got there after driving 22 hours for the front desk person to tell me that they cancelled my reservation, without even contacting me. They told me that they notified Expedia, but I had and have not heard from either about a cancellation. Unprofessional.”

“We were not given our room reservation we got 1 queen instead of 2 beds and were told too bad there wasn’t a 2 bed with patio left, even though i reserved it MONTHS AGO. There are zero amenities except the mini fridge in the room but there’s no microwave so it’s kind of pointless. No restaurant is open before 4:00 just room service (which is more like DoorDash and they charge you a couple of fees to bring it) I wouldn’t stay there again.”

“Didn’t clean the room when you left for the day and when you asked for towels, they didn’t want to give you clean towels n wash clothes (but did). So I noticed everyone leaving their towels outside of rooms so we did. Then when I asked for towels again they wanted me to bring the dirty towels to the front desk. “We needed a handicap room in which I requested when I booked the hotel. We were assigned a non-handicap room. I asked staff if they can switch us because for one the tub/shower had no handrails. They advised me that being that we booked through a 3rd party we are not guaranteed the type of room I requested. We were stuck in this room for a couple of days with no effort to accommodate us. This is one of the worst experiences we have had with Homewood Suites. I was disappointed. Overall the hotel...

“My stay was planned around a nearby concert which was cancelled the day before the performance. My room was non refundable, so I paid for a room that I never used.”

“The person before us had requested late check out so our room was not ready until 1/2 hour after check in. We had arrived early so it was a wait. When we checked in we discovered the sheets were stained but the housekeeping team had gone home so we were given a set of sheets to change our own bed. The coffee pot also didn’t work. Not a very good stay for a Marriott. Breakfast was good however. There was a wide selection of healthy foods!”

“Property was uniquely located in all the major highways for easy transit. Only issue I had was the hotel did not keep up to its ads in Expedia.... almost looked like a temporary apartment accommodation... And my main issue was no working elevators pls fix your elevators!!!!. GEE”

“The check in experience was truly amazing. They held our bags with numbered tags and texted when our room was available. The continental breakfast was better than most. The only weird thing is that there wasn't an ice bucket in our room and aren't ice machines on every floor. An amazing location. Walkable to dining and shopping and a super quick drive to Red Rocks and Golden.”

“It’s very dated and smells old too. The staff at the hotel and restaurant were rather crabby! The Golden visitor center staff were great!!”
