“Stayed here for a short weekend getaway with our dog. Darrin and Renee were very gracious and responsive to questions. Place is as pictured and had everything we needed. The house is located in a quiet part of the lake, so we enjoyed hanging out on the dock and kayaking in peace without having to deal with a lot of boats. Will stay here again!”

“Overall the stay was very nice. There was a small issue with the A/C which the host discovered (from remote NEST access) and the repair was done the next morning already - Thank you! The initial notification with the check-in information did not get through (I wonder if that's an issue with VRBO, because that happened the second time to us) The location is not the nicest area of Athens (that would likely be south of the city center), but it close to the center. Thanks a lot!”

“The house was exactly as pictured! We loved the set up and my family of 5 had plenty of room to hang out in. The kitchen had everything I needed as well. My bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby! The neighborhood was quiet and I felt extremely safe. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to any of my questions. Next time we come to Athens I will definitely come again.”

“We have 2 dogs and it was a luxury not to have to walk them on leash with this closed in backyard. The interior was spotless clean, remarkable for such a pet friendly place. All the snacks were a huge bonus ;-) and a walk around the gardens and blooms make you forget you're tucked into a older suburban neighborhood. Will stay again!”

“This was secondary home base for family in town for graduation. This home is beautiful and is exactly as listed with plenty of space for all the breakout activities for all the varying age groups. Of course the pool table and theatre room were the biggest hits. This home was lovely and very well stocked. There was no shortage of linen, TP, and kitchenware. 10/10 Just two notes for large groups: 1: If your stay will have a large group try to consolidate some of the vehicles. We were able to get 6...

“We needed a spot to stay while our son attended football camp at UG. Ginny’s place was perfect. Nice, clean, plenty of room, all the amenities and great location. Host was great. Only note would be that the driveway is kind of steep so some cars may scrape fender getting up. Neighborhood is nice, safe and street parking is fine so not a big deal. Would definitely stay again if in Athens.”
