“지방에서 서울 올 일이 있어서 방문했어요. 일단 동대문쪽이라 위치적으로 무척 좋았고요. 주차 공간도 3대 정도 있었고, 전체적으로 깨끗하게 잘 관리된 느낌이었습니다. 가격도 저렴한 편이라 가성비가 무척 좋은 느낌입니다. 2층에는 간단한 스낵바가 있어서 음료 종류랑 물이랑 커피, 얼음도 이용할 수 있어서 편했어요. 또 좋은 점은 방에 컴퓨터랑 공기청정기도 있더라고요~ tv도 당연히 있고요! 고데기랑 드라이기도 있고 샴푸 컨디셔너 바디워시 일회용 칫솔세트도 있어서 넘 편했어요😊

スタッフは愛想はなく事務的。ホスピタリティは感じなかった。
日本語は全く分からず韓国語か英語なので自分の翻訳アプリでやり取りした。
帰りに呼んだタクシーに乗る際外にいた男性スタッフがキャリーを積んでくれて笑顔だったのは良かった。

“Overall, a good stay. While the hotel is a bit far from the city, I was satisfied with most aspects of my experience. I did book during a “new opening” promotion, so I was expecting a newer property. This part was a little underwhelming as the hotel isn’t actually new.
That said, the customer service truly stood out. A special thank you to the lady who assisted me during check-in & check-out, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made a great first impression.”
