“The staff was so kind and helped in whatever way I needed. The front desk staff spoke english which was tremendously helpful. But, one staff member stood out above everyone else. “部屋に置いてあるグラスやポットの上がほこりっぽかった。スプーンは拭いたような跡が残っていた。全体的には綺麗に見えたが細かい所は雑なのかも知れないと感じた。
スタッフは愛想はなく事務的。ホスピタリティは感じなかった。
日本語は全く分からず韓国語か英語なので自分の翻訳アプリでやり取りした。
帰りに呼んだタクシーに乗る際外にいた男性スタッフがキャリーを積んでくれて笑顔だったのは良かった。

“Overall, a good stay. While the hotel is a bit far from the city, I was satisfied with most aspects of my experience. I did book during a “new opening” promotion, so I was expecting a newer property. This part was a little underwhelming as the hotel isn’t actually new.
That said, the customer service truly stood out. A special thank you to the lady who assisted me during check-in & check-out, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made a great first impression.”
