“The room provided everything we needed... not anything extra. Clean room, clean bathroom. The coffee maker was slow but adequate. The need was comfortable. Towels are pretty thin but adequate. Lots of room in the paint lot.”

“I booked an executive suite and was happy with the room until I was met with the unbearable sound of the elevator shaft motor clanking all day and night. It was as loud as someone knocking on your door all night. I was thankfully able to get this resolved by the staff by getting a room further away from the elevator... but if this was an issue that was being worked on, please don't place guests near the elevator. “The hotel has a good value for money since also the rich buffet breakfast is included in the rates. Laundry is possible, including air dryers. Rooms are large and equipped with fridge and microwave. Staff is nice and helpful. Restaurants nearby, at walking distance. I will go again. ”

“The rooms are new, but had such a horrific smell that I could not stay there. I checked in around 8pm, and by 11pm I was packed up and at the front counter checking out. The staff was very polite and helpful, and saw that I booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) so she could not offer a refund directly. I didn't ask for one but she offered. Unfortunately these rooms were cean and quiet, but I've never paid for a room and left because of such a strong odor but there is a first time for everything...

“The so called “breakfast” was a joke. A blueberry granola bar and package of instant oatmeal. That was it! Touted as an Extended Stay but, there was absolutely nothing in the room but a refrigerator and a lame 2 burner stove top. Not even a coffee pot. If you needed anything you had to go to the front desk and “check it out”. We only stayed one night, but if the plan is to use this as a base for exploring the area, you might want to reconsider. The freeway noise is atrocious all night long.”

I had someone knock on my door to try and get money from me, trying to sell me cheap chains. They then moved us to second floor rooms.
