“The pool was closed in May, and the experience would be better if we had access to the lounge. You have to pay extra for that. For the cost of the hotel, more amenities ahould be included.”

“I was there for 5 nights and the staff was great but they don't freshen your room so I had dirty towels and trash on the floor and I had to ask for clean towwls”

“We sat outside in the car for more than 20 minutes, tried to contact the host, before we got a message from them saying we were being "relocated" and to talk to Expedia, who wasn't able to help. All in all, that was an hour of my life I'll never get back, which could have been prevented if the host had taken a minute to let us know ahead of time that the place was no longer available. Plus the backyard was littered with mildewing debris.”

“It is a brand new extended stay hotel with very reasonable rates, but limited amenities. It has a nice kitchen area, but bring your own coffee pot, cups and dishes! The staff is friendly and helpful and it does have a small fitness room.”

“Such a cute place! The room was clean and comfy. Loved the in room fireplace and beautiful bathroom. There was a common area stocked with games, hot drink options and snacks. The hotel overlooks the harbor and there are outdoor seating areas to take in the sunset and views. Easy to walk to shops and dining options. ”

“Nice, modern hotel convenient to Lakewood and Tacoma. Breakfast was okay, but not the best I've seen at a Comfort Inn. Staff was nice and helpful. ”

“Great location, hotel condition overall. Our only issue was the internet connectivity was bad. Our phones and laptops kept locking up and glitching. We have newer phones, xfinity service and newer laptops which are up to date so the issues were not in our end. If your at this hotel with important internet connectivity requirements you may want to consider this.”
