“They need Better pillows, also quiet hours weren’t really a thing, I got woken up a lot from voices in the other room or in the hallway. Overall the place was nice and clean. Very friendly owners as well. ”

“Nice place, with the most convenient access to a casino's hotel I've ever seen! Separate entrance and garage made parking close to elevators easy and convenient. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only issue was water pressure in the shower was way too low, but not sure what we could do about it. Location just off I-5 was great for us as well. Will definitely consider staying there again. View from our mountain side room was beautiful!”

“Very very noisy at night. 40 elementary school kids running around in the hallway around midnight!!!!!No one stopped them!!!!!The teachers and hotel staff all fell deep sleep I guess!!!!”

“Such a cute place! The room was clean and comfy. Loved the in room fireplace and beautiful bathroom. There was a common area stocked with games, hot drink options and snacks. The hotel overlooks the harbor and there are outdoor seating areas to take in the sunset and views. Easy to walk to shops and dining options. ”

“The hot tub jets were weak but the water was great. Didn’t know you needed quarters for the laundry. But it was a great stay overall. The breakfast was great, room was clean, beds were comfy, TV worked great.”

“Overall, the general areas of the hotel were nice and well kept. The lobby restroom stood out in particular. It was large, very clean, and even the hand soap smelled great, which was surprisingly memorable. The guest room itself was clean and very spacious, with large windows that made it feel even more open. The TV was a great size with good sound. The toiletries and shower setup were pretty basic, but the water pressure and temperature were excellent, especially appreciated after a 30+ hour...

“This is a new property, so the disgusting public haven’t destroyed the newness by scaring up the walls or kicking in the bathroom doors yet. A real treat to stay here, breakfast was far better than most, south hill mall entrance is a 30 yard walk out the back exit and plenty of restaurants on the edge of the mall parking lot.”

“Room carpet was dirty and sticky. They still put us in a pet room even though we dont have pets. Breakfast wasnt even worth waking up for. Will never stay at a best western again if this is the standard ”

“The room was clean and the staff were great. Just an FYI - the walls were thin and you could hear traffic out on the freeway each night. It was pretty loud and definitely disturbed my sleep. ”
