“Overall, my experience was wonderful. The hotel clerk who checked me in set the tone with excellent service, and the dining experience at both the café and restaurant was just as enjoyable. The rooms were very clean, and parking was easy to access. I also appreciated the visible security throughout the property, including in the parking garage—it made me feel safe as a woman arriving late at night. ”

“The area around the hotel is not good, but the hotel itself is great. I do wish they made a strong effort for recycling though as that is very important to me. The second day, breakfast ran out of a lot of items. That was disappoirnting.”

“My daughter had to have surgery. The staff did everything to make us feel comfortable. They went out of their way. Got a wheelchair and shower chair to help with her care ”

“Amazing property, it was clean, breakfast is amazing. Walking distance to the bus station, mall right next door and lots of restaurants all within 10 minutes walking distance. ”

“The room was great. Loud screech when opening or closing shower door, but other than that great place.”

“Clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Didn't like that we had to pay for parking, and if you wanted coffee and breakfast it was an extra charge, was told the only free coffee was in our room after we already checked out. ”
