We had an Amazon package (knee scooter) coming for my husband who just had surgery so that he could scoot around the Tacoma Dome for Mat Classic. She took a note about the package and texted when it arrived, then held it at the desk for us. This was super helpful to us as it was a busy weekend. She made the experience a happy one. Thank you!”

“The front desk staff was very courteous. That goes a long way with me. The room was really clean and comfortable with only one exception. I am over 6' tall and the room had a very low toilet. ”

The staff, Mai Mai, who covered the eating area was super nice and made sure you had everything you needed. The Inn was really easy to find and close to shopping and an awesome movie theater. ”
