“The room was fairly clean, however the bathroom floor had hair, not mine, on it. The bed was very comfortable. Room temperature was really good. The bathroom sink was stopped up and drained very slowly. The first room they put us in the shower was broken so the first night we couldn't shower. The staff was amazing very helpful. The second room the satellite wouldn't work but they sent someone up quickly to fix it. We asked for handicap room and the first one was on the 11th floor, the second one...

“The property was very clean and was very impressed with how nice the staff was. You had to pay for breakfast-it is not free. No free coffee bar either. They were somewhat stingy on the towels. The first day I had wash cloths, hand towels and bath towels. The next day they only refilled the bath towels. Never received wash cloths again. They made the beds but did not sweep. My biggest complaint is that the pool and hot tub were closed due to maintenance during my 3 day stay. So I was extremely...

“My fee should be refunded because: 1) it is now 7:26 pm TWO DAYS after I was to check in, but I have not received the email indicating how to do so. 2) I called the phone number on the email that expedia sent, only to receive a "not in service" message. 3) I spent about two hours chasing around Tacoma that evening trying to find a Wifi connection so I could communicate; I did go by the purported location twice, rang the door bell several times, with no response. “Very expensive for the small space. First room, sink clogged. I definitely felt judged for the “price” I paid (I got a good discount). It felt classist by staff (everyone was warmly greeted but I didn’t get the same experience). The place did seem understaffed so I don’t want to be unreasonable.”

“Did not know we had to request housekeeping and being there 3 nights we should’ve at least had our garbage removed and towels replaced. Only found out the elevator wasn’t working on the day we arrived but maintenance was very helpful in carry bags up and down the stairs. With guest having to use the stairs, the stairwells should have been cleaned. They were filthy. Too many stairs for someone 88. Same food for breakfast for the three days.”
