Hotel vicino a Federal Way Community Center - Tacoma

“If you enjoy warm or hot showers, this is not the hotel for you. I stayed here five nights and had five cold showers. I know stuff happens, so I let the front desk know. I was told by the assistant manager that he would send maintenance. Again, cold shower next day. I figured whatever he tried didn't work and let the assistant manager know again. Again, he said he would send maintenence. Well, long story short, it repeated every day. I asked nicely for them to do something to make it right,...

“The room was clean but smelled VERY strongly of cleaning product chemicals when we arrived at 5pm. We left and returned at 9pm and the smell was still strong. It is directly across the street from EQC casino and a busy road so it is VERY loud. We could not sleep the entire night. They require a $60 in cash only deposit that you get back at check out.
